Authors should prepare an Abstract (using the template available below) that clearly indicates the originality of the contribution and the relevance of the work. The Abstract should include the title of the paper, names and affiliations of the authors, an abstract (max. 350 words), keywords, and a long abstract (max. 1000 words) describing the nature of the problem and the state of the art in the field of interest, a description of the contribution, the results achieved and their applicability, conclusions and references.

You are now in Indico. On the left side, you can see the menu bar. Abstract submission can be found under Call for Abstracts. On the right-hand side you can see the language settings. The system adapts to the language set on your device. Please set the settings to English and use English for all the information you provide.

Click on Submit new Abstract button.

If you have an Indico account, please login with Indico as usual. You will be redirected to the Submission new abstract form.
If you don't have an account yet, please click on create one here link. Please confirm the verification email by clicking on the provided link and fill out the form in English.

Submission of Abstract

You will be forwarded to the "Submit new abstract" page. Please enter your abstract information in this submission form. The fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. Don't forget to add all the authors and co-authors.

Once you completed the form, please click on Submit button.

Paper Review

Submitted abstracts are evaluated by at least two (2) peer reviewers, who judge the paper according to the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the conference topics;
  • Quality of presentation;
  • Significance of treated topic;
  • Novelty of the given contribution.

Abstract Acceptance and Preparation of the Full Paper

When the review process has been completed, authors receive a notification of either acceptance or rejection of the submission. If the abstract has been accepted, the authors can prepare a paper that incorporates the reviewers' suggestions.
